Welcome to the new blog for pilates aligned
I hope that you are all staying well through these tricky times. I thought there wasn't a better time to start a blog …so we can keep our Pilates community together, keep active and stay healthy.
I will be aiming to pop 3 to 4 exercises on the blog page each week.
You may add comments or ask questions and hopefully stay in touch through the blog with your fellow Pilates class members.
It will also help me to keep in touch with you whilst we cannot do group classes in person.
I will however be running live classes and 1-1 sessions online. Please email me for more information on these.
