Whether you have back pain, are looking to increase your flexibility, stability and mobility or simply want to de-stress, Pilates can help.
PRIVATE ONE TO ONE PILATES SESSIONS
If you are looking for a Pilates session which focuses on exercises tailored to your own individual requirements, then a private Pilates session would be absolutely ideal. 1-1 sessions are particularly good for anyone who suffers from chronic back pain or is looking for rehabilitation and remedial exercise as a result of a medical condition or injury.
STUDIO SESSIONS
Using both studio equipment and matwork exercises to create a bespoke Pilates plan for your needs.
PILATES FOR REHABILITATION
As a specialist Pilates Teacher in Low Back pain , I can teach you how to find better movement patterns to help you to get stronger and help relieve pain. Helping you to find confidence in your every day activity and/or your sport .
PILATES FOR FITNESS
Pilates is great for general wellbeing and health . An individual session allows me to tailor Pilates to your needs , whether you feel you need more stability ,mobility, strength or just to get that feel good factor back . Our bodies can differ from week to week in what they need so every session offers something different whether we use the equipment or carry out matwork exercises.
HOME VISITS
If you find it hard to travel and prefer me to visit you. I can carry out a home visit and bring portable equipment helping us to create an individual plan using matwork , standing , chair & wall Pilates to help you achieve more stability , and mobility helping you achieve confidence in preventing falls and instability .
PRICES
Individual Studio Session, Reformer, Equipment, Matwork .£60 (1 hour)
Private studio classes £60 (1 hour ), Maximum of 4 people)
Home visit, individual or duet *£80/£90 (1 hour)- dependant on location and parking .
Online Session £60 (1 hour)-

I suggest consulting your GP or Practitioner before taking up Pilates for the first time, especially if you have any specific health conditions or injuries.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for some reason you cannot make your booked session I ask that 24 hours notice is given in order for me to offer the session to another client .
