I hope these times are treating you well and life is still kept interesting yet hopefully a little more gentle then over our covid years . Covid certainly had an impact on me personally and professionally . My daughter was in the year that had their GCSE's cancelled and my son living in his own rented flat was unable to do his job as a chef , one of the bigger industries to be impacted.
My daughter studied online and we kept in touch with my son online until he could be in our bubble .... I began an online business , something I didn't think I would ever do and now continue to do as it has turned out to be convenient for so many .
Fast forward a few years and my daughter has successfully passed her A levels and now enjoying travelling through Australia and my son is back to enjoying his profession as a chef.
I have taken this opportunity, now my children are both independent and enjoying life, to set up Retreats Aligned .Retreats combining health , nature, travel and indulgence .
My passion for Pilates has always been driven by the transformation it can make to an individual's wellbeing , physically and mentally , this can be multiplied by environment and taking time out for yourself to breath in life to the full, spending time how you would like to . The Retreats are not restrictive in anyway and guests can enjoy healthy foods, organic juices , free from foods, taste new wines and cuisine from the local region, explore their new surroundings by exploring local walks through nature, have transport to take them to local villages to enjoy the local culture , have extra Pilates sessions , enjoy pool Pilates , or simply rest and reflect by the pool .
