Enjoy a week relaxing in the Andalucian hills, benefit from a Pilates class every
morning to get you ready for your day, visit the beautiful local white town of Arcos De la Frontera, walk through the nature trails of Sierra de Grazalema & enjoy visits to taste local wines and sherry .
Over the last few years, I've been lucky enough to regularly visit Andalucia and am excited to now be organising a Pilates retreat in a beautiful villa overlooking the Andalucian hills close to the quaint White town of Arcos de la Frontera.
This is a perfect trip for couples, solo travellers and friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday.

THE VILLA
Situated overlooking the Andalucian hills, the luxury villa provides all the comfort and enjoyment you need from a holiday. With luxury ensuite rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, food requirements to your requests, the villa gives you the chance to get away from it all while benefitting from regular Pilates sessions. And if you want to make the most of your stay, why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage, after warming up your spine with a Pilates session.

Private, ensuite accommodation with shower-rooms for all guests, offering bedrooms downstairs, perfect if you are rehabilitating from an operation or injury

A tailored 1-1 Pilates session either matwork or Reformer based

Local visit to Jerez de la Frontera- optional (you are welcome to stay & relax in the villa if you prefer)

HOW TO GET THERE?
In my experience the best airport to arrive in is Jerez airport, a very small airport where you feel you have started your holiday the moment you land. There are direct flights to Jerez from London Stansted, from London Heathrow you will need to change in Madrid. If you need advice on flights, I am happy to help. Seville offers direct flights from Gatwick.
